Noel, The creeks there are still very high. The North and South Shenandoah's were cresting over their banks again. Everyone always fusses that they can't find the happy medium of being right in the middle. One year it's drought, next year we're all about to grow gills. All the water we lost in last year's drought has been replaced and we are at some major surpluses now.
