Job position:Remote Sensing and GIS SpecialistJob description:You will be a key Remote
Sensing person in our GIS/Remote Sensing Department.
You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of GIS/Remote Sensing
projects in conjunction with other members of the GIS/Remote Sensing Team.
You will also be involved in the marketing of company GIS/Remote Sensing services and
in the preparation of proposals for potential new projects. Technical Skill:
Strong background in the interpretation and application of remote sensing imagery
including QuickBird, IKONOS, RADARSAT, Landsat, etc.;
Strong knowledge of GIS applications including ArcView, MapInfo, PCI, ER Mapper,
etc.; and Excellent written and spoken English.
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Geography or related field;
Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
Previous consulting experience an asset; and
Ability to work both independently and in teams.
Experience:Minimum 5 years experience in the implementation of Remote Sensing/GIS
projects.Job Location:Bogor, West Java.Job Type:6 month contract with the possibility
to become permanent staff
