Overall Purpose:

This function is responsible to achieve
Area’s Budgeted Sales Target, and ensuring Account Managers are

monitored to ensure the attainment of
overall Sales objectives and goals in accordance with global/regional corporate
set objectives. The job scope also ensuring Account Managers are motivated
and have direction and goals by coaching, counseling and training.

 
Requirements:

1. Minimum S1 graduate, with related experience

2. Minimum 2 years experience in Management
Role, preferably in related services, with good record in managing people,
and good knowledge of government regulations

3. Minimum 1 year experience in current
position

4. Able to demonstrate a strong capability
in Sales Force Management

5. Must be innovative, have good communication,
presentation  and analytical skills with excellent problem solving

6. Must be very good in reporting

7. Excellent in written and spoken English

8. Good computer literate with a comprehensive
knowledge of DHL systems
