We are looking for highly motivated professionals to fill in the posit ons below. i 1. Field Engineer * Record and monitor work progress regularly and report the same to Project Control Manager. * To guide and provide solutions to the Supervisors in the field in case of any technical problems. * Checking of technical drawings and documents so as to guide the supervisor about the specification/quality requirement of works. * Report to Construction manager/Project Control Manager about the status of schedule. * Assist the Supervisors to make manpower, material and consumables planning and allocation. * Maintain close liaison with Client Engineer and supervisory staff for proper execution of the construction works. 2. Q.A./ Q.C Engineer * To establish Quality Assurance Program at site, prepare and verify quality plan and other QC procedures. * Planning and monitoring performance of all field quality verification, inspection activities in accordance with drawings, specifications and procedures. * Prepare quality control procedure in accordance with specifications, standards and codes. * Monitor and observe the testing during performance of required tests and review the results. * To audit the management and works of subcontractor. * Analyze QA/QC problems and recommend corrective actions to be taken and evaluating effects of the action for future development. 3. Safety Engineer/Officer * Initiation, coordination, and supervision of the job safety program. * Completion of documentation required by statutory requirements. * Preparation of accident report for the Department Manager within the shortest possible time. * Preparation of the monthly-lost time report. * Daily safety inspection of the job site and submittal of a weekly report to the Department Manager. * Ensure that all construction activities are done within reversible but minimum hazardous conditions. 4. Secretary * Arranging internal meeting and taking minute of meeting. * Filling, handling and distributing incoming & outgoing mails. * Preparing weekly and monthly department report. * Responsible for stationary. * Preparing all the traveling arrangement (including hotel, ticket, accommodations, and taking care bills and expenses) 5. Finance Officer * To do journal entry * To do details checking * To do reconciliation 6. Boiler Fitter * To do very technical work to install, repair, maintain and inspect boiler and rotating equipment 7. Welder * To weld several types depending on the work awarded, with 6G and 6GR preferred * Assist with lay out, positioning, aligning, and fitting components together 8. Mill Wright * Breaking down, trouble shoot, alignment install and commissioning machines. 9. Rigger * Operate and carry out rigging activities smoothly and efficiently within the limitations set by manufacturer. * Ensures safe working practice to minimize damage to cargo, equipment and infrastructure. 10. Mechanical Fitter * Carry out mechanical work on various machines and equipment * Tasks cover diagnosing problems, repairing, overhauling, tuning, maintaining and testing equipment, instruments, components and machines used throughout all operations. Qualification: 1. Male, Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in similar position with contracting company and familiar with managing plant shutdown and maintenance works in process plants within tight schedule (1) 2. Bachelor degree with related background educational with minimum 5 years experience in similar position (2,3) 3. Diploma degree with related background educational with 2 years experience in similar position (4,5) 4. Technical High School with 5 years experience in a same position in Maintenance/Shutdown works of Pulp and Paper/Process/Power Plant (6-10) 5. Understanding of ISO 9001 (2) 6. Boiler pressure part, fabrication and erection (6) 7. Welding of boiler pressure parts (7) 8. Installation/alignment of Rotating Equipment (8) 9. Heavy lifting/Scaffolding erection (9) 10. Safety Officer Responsibilities: * Ensure that port personnel are fully compliant with OHS&E policies * Provide feedback to Ports Manager on initiatives taken to improve safety within the Port and area of operations * To provide accurate and timely reports to Safety Manager and Workplace Manager for all accident investigations, site inductions, safety training, monthly statistics, weekly and monthly safety activities, and also ensure trends are monitored and information is available as required. * Weekly analyze and distribute to Workplace Manager and all Supervisors all last-week incidents and identify hazards wit the potential of becoming an incident, and discuss action plan to be taken. * Report safety issues (Tool Box Talk, Safety Talk, Safety Committee) to Safety Supervisor & Workplace Manager.
