1) QA Engineer (CODE:QAE-00) General Requirements: S1 Engineering (Preferably Metallurgical or Mechanical) Min 25 years old Have Experience theorically or hands on experience on Welding process. Good communication skills in bahasa Indonesia & English. Good analysis on problems regarding interpretation of standards & procedures. Familiar with ISO 9000 and making NC Report. Will Act as Auditor, welding & mechanical testing, and documentation maker & keeper. Good Negotiation skills, Good business correspondence, discipline & Leadership skills. Will deal with third party inspection. Will be stationed in branch office location outskirts of Jakarta. Will be 1 year contract first. Evaluation on Job Need & Performance later. __________________________________________________________ 2) R&D INSTRUMENTATION (CODE: RDI-01) Summary: The engineer would easily design complete system to measure, control and display any kind information (temperature, flow, speed, tension ). Good knowledge of the fundamental instrumentation, elementary knowledge in regulation is required. Job Descriptions: 1. Design new product and improve existing product (50%) _ Measurement and control system design _ Choice of sensors and actuators _ Basic electric circuit design for motor control, lighting, HVAC, etc. 2. Test and evaluation of new product or product improvement (40%) _ Test product under R&D project _ Provide test procedure if testing of product done by other department or subcontractor 3. Special Designs (10%) - Not mechanical designs _ Provide sketch drawing for modified parts General Requirements: 1. S1 Electronic or Engineering Physics with major in Instrumentation and Control 2. 5 years experience at field (Fresh Graduatea with Job Training Exp in related subject are Welcome!) 3. Analytical and Self starter. 4. Good English comprehension __________________________________________________________ 3) R&D MECHANICAL (CODE: RDM-02) Summary: Responsible to increase the overall quality of our unit and down hole tools high performance lighter and smaller than the competitor. Good general culture of mechanical and calculation is compulsory; Resistance of material, force and dynamic calculation, basic knowledge of manufacturing process, hydraulic. Job Descriptions: 1. Design new product and improve existing product on CAD(50%) _ clutch, bolt and weld assembly _ Bearing choice & calculation (force lifetime, assembly analysis) _ force weight optimization 2. Test and evaluation of new product or product improvement (30%) _ Test product under R&D project _ Provide test procedure if testing of product done by other department or subcontractor 3. Special Designs (20%) _ According to the request prepare specification; prepare the design follow the manufacturing until the final test. General Requirements: 1.
