Responsibilities:
To manage SMT production and process; liaise with production, engineering
& planning to fulfill shipment required, production WIP control &
management DL to achieve high efficiency; responsible for SMT related
process.
Requirement:
• S1 in Engineering or Management
• Experience in SMT production environment preferably with more than 5
years experience in SMT production & process, knowledge in SAP PP module
will be an advantage.
Associate Engineer (Auto Part Placement)
Responsibilities:
To manage process control (ECN, FCN, & implementation); process
documentation to comply with ISO standard for mass production, machine
balancing, machine programming and documentation; prepare for running new
model (pilot run and control run); coordinate with planner, production and
maintenance to ensure smooth production.
Requirement:
• Degree/diploma in machine, electro or electronics.
• Male/female.
• Can read electrical schematic diagram.
• Can work independently as well as in a team with minimum supervision.
Engineering Assistant (Auto Part Placement)
Responsibilities:
To support production to achieve production yield; monitor & control
machine attrition; conduct daily/ weekly/monthly preventive maintenance;
follow the SMED concept, machine shifting balancing & installation; assist
the relevant parties for control run models requested from product
development.
Requirement:
• Degree/diploma in mechanical, electronic or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position.
• Able to read schematic diagram and has knowledge in electrical /
mechanical maintenance.
• Computer literate and familiar with software application.
• Can work independently as well as in a team with minimum supervision.
Technician (Auto Part Placement)
Responsibilities:
To support production running to achieve production yield; monitor machine
condition to ensure smooth run; control machine attrition, efficiency and
productivity; conduct daily and monthly preventive maintenance, machine
shifting and balancing.
Requirement:
• Diploma in mechanical, electronic or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in SMT machine.

Supervisor (QA)
Responsibilities:
To monitor quality; make continues improvement & handling OQC manpower.

Technician (QA)
Requirement:

• Have knowledge in RF & digital product.

Responsibilities:
To handle ISO calibration document, equipment inventory; perform test jigs
correlation, SMED and test optimization project.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in electronic or telecommunication engineering.

• Familiar with computer software programming (C++, Visual Basic, Visual
C, Pascal, Delphi, Lab view).
• Familiar with PCB design software (Protal, Eagle)
Process Engineer ( Manufacturing Engineering)
Responsibilities:
To support new product launch from process realization for sample built
until mass production; to support on jigs/fixture design and readiness for
production; to drive process improvement via process change, line
balancing, etc.
Requirements:
• Degree in Electronics Engineering
• Familiar with electronics SMT and PCBA industry process.
• Knowledge in process improvement drive methodology (FMEA, SPC, QCC
tools, etc)
Purchaser
Responsibilities:
To purchase assigned commodity in time and appropriate amount; to ensure
inventory target ; to ensure no production line down due to material
shortage; to monitor stock and action with suppliers accordingly; to place
order & expedite or re-schedule orders.
Requirements:
• Diploma degree in Economic
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar position.
• Familiar on SAP MM Purchasing module
• Good grasp of Purchasing & materials management
• Computer literate.
• Good analytical & interpersonal skills
Confidential Assistant:
Responsibilities:
