Revision 34 fixs the problem letting the user open the virtual hosts
without a server name. the virtual host is not saveable without adding a
servername though

Bug description:
Default virtual host doens't get parsed correctly, as it does not have a
ServerName.
The technical issue is quite easy to fix, but we shuold look into default
virtual host to find out if and how its configuration shuold be be handled.
