So in Gora we have a four modules... does Rat recursively look through
these modules for license violations?
Also, is there any way to get more verbose and accurate output than
[INFO] Building Apache Gora

When I look in target/rat.txt, there is no mention of the unapproved
licenses or where they actually are!
