Hi!

You need to first fetch the PGP key with
"gpg --search-keys 513592C1AD3652932BDFDDCC0DFA74AE1524E7EE"
as regular user.  Then you can proceed to install ratpoison with
makepkg or your favorite AUR helper. Hope this helps!
