I've set up the jira issue to add the SURFconext portal code to SVN.
It is a bit unclear however how I can add the dump of our SVN to the

You should tarball it up and simply attach it to the issue.
Not sure how big it is though and what size limit there is for an attachment.
Is the SURFconext dump including the SVN history?
In the latter case I think you (also) have to create an INFRA jira issue because
in that case it needs to be imported into the ASF SVN which AFAIK only INFRA can do.
If it doesn't contain the SVN history, you could commit the code directly to our
Rave SVN like OSEC and OGCE already did.
