Great idea! Let's ask for volunteers.

That's how some other programs have implemented it. Let's ask a different
question: How often do users really need to change the WB manually on every
single image? The only need I see for this is concert or theater photography
with fast changing lights. For most other situations, either camera WB is good
enough, you set the WB to a specific color temperature or you have a series of
similar pictures, where you correct WB once and then copy/paste it to other
images. So, in my opinion, the CWB-tool should need to be selected by the user
the same way as the other tools.
