_every_ raw has jpeg embeded in it?

Anyway - I think that nice solution would be:
- grab jpeg embeded in raw on first pass,
- when file is loaded - update the thumbnail, reflecting current settings,
- some operations on each file should cause thumbnail update (crop, 
  brightness, ....)

Otherwise from time to time you'll have questions like mine: "Why 
thumbnail differs from newly loaded image?". On newly created directory 
these should look similar.
