Hi! The first and last have now been applied with small differences.
However "png_const_bytep" is not present until libpng 1.5 - not sure if there is a good solution, and I'd like to avoid "#if"s if possible. I don't see any point in applying the lens id fix - even though it is technically correct, it shouldn't make any difference in identification, and it will just annoy people that they have to re-select their lenses.
