Go to the menu, "View", de-select Icon Box or use Ctrl+i.

I have just increased the curve snap-to-point sensitivity by a factor of
4(!), so now it is much easier to select the point, instead of accidentally
create a new one.

When you have selected the profile you want to use, Go to Edit, "Set Camera
default settings" - this will make the profile default for all future
images.

For images you have already opened, use the Copy+Paste functionality to
apply the profile to multiple images.

Exposure mask: If any pixel value is "0", it will be blue, if any pixel
value is "255" it will be red.

The histograms kinda shows the same, but it also shows which colour is
under/overflowing, so a green dot on the right shows you that the green
value is saturated. Similarly, a blue dot on the left, that a blue value is
0.
