The bug was fixed yesterday in revision 3835. I was just about to write you.

Btw, I noticed that you probably are compiling "fftw" sub-optimally. On x86
you should be able to add "--enable-sse" when compiling the single precision
library and "--enable-sse2" for the double precision.

The previous denoise bug indicates that you are compiling the library
without any assembler support.
