Format is nothing more than content that is interpretted by the email
client. In an HTML message the format for placing something in bold is
nothing more that . Is the person sending in plain text? If no
have them try that as a test. The compare the differences to see
exactly what is in the one that is being tagged by razor.

I thought razor relied on actual spam reports rather than the format of
the email. I could understand spamassasin rejecting it, but not razor.

more false positives than 5?

95% of my email is spam, so I have to keep it low. This is the only
occurance I have had of personal email getting rejected by razor,
though.

I am using spamassasin and razor 2. One of my clients is sending me mail
that ends up in the spambox. She is sending from a Mac using OSX. As she
is sending private mail from her to me, how does it get classified as
spam by razor?

Here's the headers.
