I'm trying to figure out where the break down is. It does work via the command line (confirmed in /etc/razor/razor-agent.log and with spamassassin -t).
I am using sendmail, with MIMEDefang (via milter) which in turn calls SpamAssassin (2.50). I have installed Razor 2.22, and recompiled SpamAssassin so that it knows about Razor2. I modified /etc/mail/spamassassin/sa-mimedefang.cf with: skip_rbl_checks 0 I modified /etc/mail/mimedefang-filter with: $SALocalTestsOnly = 0; It took me hours to find out about these two variables, they don't seem to be widely documented for this purpose? Anyways, I can see that razor is working when I use a test spam from the command line, however, it does not work "live". The logfile is never updated. I have all the razor files in /etc/razor, the razor-agent.conf has full paths to the .lst files there. What I can't tell is where the breakdown is. I'm not sure where to watch to "snoop" on the progress of the email is as its passed from sendmail -> mimedefang -> spamassassin [-> razor] Spamassassin is working/blocking spam normally. I assume that razor knows to look in /etc/razor by default... I'd prefer to install it so its not via each of my family' .procmailrc, but site-wide for all of them. Any help would be welcomed, thanks - liem ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by:Crypto Challenge is now open!
