Well, aside from the fact that the absurdly long confidentiality notice is annoying (unless used only on selected emails that really need it), I'd agree it's a mis-categorization by the razor system.

Looking at the razor output, it does not match e2, but does match e4 with low confidence. Which suggests to me that several people are getting emails they (perhaps mistakenly due to bad spamtraps) consider spam that happen to have this footer. Since this email is almost nothing but footer, the odds of the e4 sub-selection getting only text from the footer is high, hence your email matches some email which has been reported as spam.

I went ahead and issued a revoke, since I personally consider this to be most likely a result of mis-reporting via spamtraps that still get legitimate mail. I've never received a genuine spam that has a confidentiality notice footer on it.

Here's the results from razor-check -d:

Apr 01 12:41:08.865877 check[18428]: [ 6] mail 1.0 e=2 sig=XmirLMVBp4Ih1vIhB20cvSMLHfoA: sig not found.
Apr 01 12:41:08.866334 check[18428]: [ 3] mail 1.0 e=4 sig=l2glm3UzteaUmHLMqB_zOj-wItsA: Is spam: cf 17 >= min_cf 6
Apr 01 12:41:08.866530 check[18428]: [ 7] method 4: mail 1.0: no-contention part, spam=1
Apr 01 12:41:08.866642 check[18428]: [ 7] method 4: mail 1: a non-contention part was spam, mail spam
Apr 01 12:41:08.866948 check[18428]: [ 3] mail 1 is known spam.

Note that the confidence has gone down a little bit since my revoke, but not by much.

Apr 01 12:50:23.986105 check[16353]: [ 3] mail 1.0 e=4 sig=l2glm3UzteaUmHLMqB_zOj-wItsA: Is spam: cf 15 >= min_cf 6

Apparently, I did not take into account that there would be one more
footer ("This SF.net email is sponsored by..."). Sorry about that. Yes,
the original message is attached.
