Can't locate Digest/Nilsimsa.pm in @INC ...
Hmmm... is this an upgrade or a fresh install? If it's an upgrade, have you upgraded Perl since the last time you installed Razor?
"locate Nilsimsa.pm" should let you know where (or if) Digest::Nilsimsa is installed, in case it's in a branch of Perl other than 5.8.0.
You may just need to (re)install Digest::Nilsimsa. I've seen some versions of Razor remark that you don't have certain prerequisites when you run "perl Makefile.PL", but let you keep going until it bombs out.
The one problem with this theory is that IIRC, it would break down at the "make" stage rather than the "make install" stage, so this may not apply to your problem.
