Øistein,

Could it be that you have osirusoft.org as one of your DNSBL? This service has been 
shut about two weeks ago and for some reason the owner added all valid internet IPs to 
the database, causing all hosts chekced agains the database to be tagged/blocked 
depending on the users setup.

Which check is it that actually triggers as SPAM? Have you turned on logging to see 
this?
