I might have half a solution for you... I export to a *.pst file
from outlook, then get the file to my linux box, when I get it there I use a
utility called readpst to convert the pst file to an mbox file. THEN, I use
another utility called mboxsplit that comes with spamassassin to split the
mbox into separate files.

Anyways... that looks like a whole solution. But, I do that to train bayes.
So take what you need. If you aren't using spamassassin and you have trouble
getting that mboxsplit util to work (It's from the bleeding-edge distro),
