[Razor-users] reject mail tweak?

Hello, New to the list and razor, first post. How can I reject mail that contains these score names.   0.6 HTML_WEB_BUGS          BODY: Image tag intended to identify you 1.3 NO_OBLIGATION          BODY: There is no obligation   Is this done through a procmail filter, SA, or razor?   Thanks Ross
