I've been using Razor 2.40 with SpamAssassin. It was working just fine until a couple of days ago, when it suddenly stopped identifying any spam whatsoever. Instead of saying, for each message, that it was "known spam" or "not known spam", the log showed no determination at all.
I raised the debug level to 5, and near the end of each and every server connection, a message like the following was reported: Aug 20 14:09:03.095237 check[10874]: [ 5] No queries, no spam As far as I know, I didn't do anything at all that should have made any difference in the way Razor was working. And, again, it =did= appear to be working, quite well, until it abruptly stopped. Any ideas as to what might have happened, or how I can fix it and/or keep it from happening again? The only clue I can find is that, at exactly the same time as the first Razor call that failed to identify a message as being either "known spam" or "not known spam", one of the server configuration files (server.pride.cloudmark.com.conf) was modified (i.e., the mod-time of the file coincides with the time stamp in the log of the first time a message was not identified as spam or non-spam). Here's what server.pride.cloudmark.com.conf currently contains: # # Autogenerated by Razor-Agents v2.40, Wed Aug 18 09:36:03 2004 ac = 6 bql = 50 bqs = 129 crt = 90 dre = 4 ep4 = 7542-10 ep8 = 5 lm = 4 logic_method = 4 pp = 1 se = 1C8 sn = C srf = FF srl = 5035 sv = 3.43 zone = razor2.cloudmark.com Also, see below for a complete log description for one message (with debug level 14); perhaps something here will provide a clue.
