Any help you can offer would be appreciated. I never did get any reply to my request for help from either razor users or direct to the author as the help file indicated I should send it.

I'm new to razor, this list, spam prevention, perl, so this is going to be the blind leading the blind. My best guess is that there is something wrong with the version of Digest::SHA1 supplied with razor. Alan Munday emailed me with the suggestion that I download the source for this, compile and install it. I did that. I got it from http://search.cpan.org/CPAN/authors/id/G/GA/GAAS/Digest-SHA1-2.10.tar.gz
After I did that, razor started working instead of giving error messages. Also, sa-learn from SpamAssassin started working again.
So that's my suggestion. Try that. Pray.
Don't get Digest::SHA1 using the perl web updater. I tried that. Doesn't work.
Alan Munday also suggested that I reinstall razor, step by step, testing with the perl debugger, and whenever I got errors, that I reinstall Digest::SHA1 yet again. That turned out to be unnecessary, in my case.
Good luck, Greg
