Chris, 

If they don't contain the original spam message, the content of the bounce 
messages itself is most likely to be contested. I get ~20K of these everyday as 
a lot of spammers will use @vipul.net in from addresses.  Razor will get the 
ones that have the original attached, but not the ones that don't. If the 
message is contested the report won't have any effect, so reporting these is 
fine.

Rest of message snipped. Notice the message is to me but at earthlink.com, 
which doesn't exist. Would reporting these to Razor cause any problems? I've 
collected about 800 of these.
