I suggest creating a proposed PR to add this tool to:
https://reproducible-builds.org/tools/

That would make it *much* easier to find repro-env and put it in context.

Also, in both the repo & the /tools page, I suggest
adding a sentence or two on *why* what it does is useful. Basically, briefly
answer "what problem am I trying to solve?" I think *I* understand,
but I suspect most people first viewing this page would have no idea.
The current page describes a solution without suggesting there is a problem.
