I get errors regarding the file netapi32.dll. Changing the compatibility mode
did not help. The error message is....
The procedure entry point RtlConvertUiListToApiList could no be
located in the dynamic link library G:\rb45conv\netapi32.dll
IMHO, it is time to upgrade and migrate to R:BASE for Windows!
