Here's how ...

01. While in Form Designer ...
     Main Menu > Tables > Display Format >
     Click on the appropriate table associated with Enhanced DB Grid

02. Select the Enhanced DB Grid Column
     Notice the available options for Display Format Mask
     You may select the one from Available Values or customize as you see fit.

That's all there is to it!
