Cathy If I understand you right why not create a view with your 3 conditions and then base the report on the view. This way all you have to do is print report without where clause. If you wanted an additional condition like from only from specific city you would PRINT reportName WHERE City = “SomeWhere” The 3 main conditions still work and you are filtering for a specific city.
