Tip of the Day: Collapse Panel and Expand Direction

Did you know that the Collapse Panel control may now be expanded up, or down?
Originally, the Collapse Panel always expanded down from its initial caption
location.
The newly added Expand Direction property for Collapse Panel controls allows
for a panel to expand "up" when placed on the lower portion of a form.
