Tip of the Day: Type in Compare by Content File Names
Product.......: R:BASE X.5 and R:BASE X.5 Enterprise (Version 10.5)
Build.........: 10.5.1.30926 or higher
Sections......: R:BASE Editor
Keywords......: Compare by Content, File, Command File

Did you know you can now type directly into the fields of the "Compare by
Content" toolbar, to quickly specify the desired command file?

The Compare by Content Toolbar is used to compare two files and to review
the command line differences within each. To load files, the open folder
button may be clicked to open the current folder location for a file to be
selected. File names may also be typed directly into the field, followed
by the [Enter] key.

Command files displayed as tabs in the editor may also be dragged and
dropped (from tab to file name field) to be selected for comparison.

When manually entering file names, the utility will verify its existence,
and will load the full path into the field, allowing for faster use rather
than browsing a folder for known file names!

Very Best R:egards,

Razzak.
