Paul, I believe you would have to access the R:Base database from Crystal via ODBC/Oterro and it should work OK…at least in theory, and you can start Crystal from within an R:Base application, I do this with other applications. As a side note, the first version of R:Base for Window, version 5 something, included Crystal Reports as the report writer. The distributions disks also included a virus and we were quickly notified and send replacement floppies. If I recall correctly, this might have been the last version for Microrim/Abacus before RBTI took over.
