Claes-Robert,
What is your LINES setting?
The LINES setting assigns the number of lines per page when you use
your CROSSTAB command, and will repeat the column header for each
page. The default value is 20.
Setting LINES to zero displays lines as continuous output, with only
one row of columns.

Dear R:base users,
I use the crosstab command to make a column to several columns while
retaining an idnumber. Since I want to export the table I only want
to get the column names once. Now I get the top col names on every
screen. I have tried various ways of getting rid of the column names
in the table. The cross tab generates 4000 thousand rows. Looking
forward to learning how to get a clean cross tab table.
Sincerely
