My default font is Longhorn and I do not have any issues. I have a utility the users can access and select their own themes which are stored with the user login. When a user logs in, the theme name is read and stored in a variable. On entry to any form there is a command that sets the form theme to that stored with the login information. I have not had any issues switching between themes. Are you assigning a theme during design or only when the form is used?
