Did you know that you can toggle between hidden and visible characters for password edit fields? Several areas in R:BASE have been enhanced, allowing the use of an "eye" button for viewing password characters before submission. When the mouse is clicked on the eye button, the password is displayed; it is then hidden again when the mouse button is released. The enhancement is in place for any field where a password may be entered, including the DIALOG command, the GATEWAY utility, encrypted command files, database passwords, Report E-Mail Settings, the R:DCC Client, and more.
