Tip of the Day: Dynamic and Efficient Value Toolbar

You can edit the table, field, variable, and caption values directly within the
Value toolbar.
The Value toolbar has been enhanced to let you update these properties without
opening property editor dialogs. Depending on the selected control, you can
modify up to three properties at once.
Initially designed for caption changes, the toolbar now supports quick updates
to tables, fields, variables, and captions. It also automatically expands to
display the full text of the selected item.
* For variable controls, a variable name can be chosen from a drop-down
list.
* For database controls, table and field values can be selected from
drop-down lists.
* For any object, the caption or text value can be directly edited.
The Value toolbar can be enabled from the View > Toolbars menu in the Form
Designer.
