Do newer versions have native support for extracting EXIF header data from
image files, more specifically date and time of creation?

Right now, I’m using exiftool.exe via a .bat command-line wrapper, with a .vbs
script to keep it running in the background and pull parameters from the
clipboard. It works, but it’s a bit of a workaround.

Obviously, it’d be cleaner if there were a utility that could handle this
directly. TIA.
