Has anyone written a program in Rbase that produces 1099's in electronic format for submission to the IRS?
I'd like to make this a part of my program for literary agents that already prints 1099's but I have a few agents that will be producing more than 250 1099's and they want to submit them electronically. I know I can get the file layout from the IRS, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
