Hello Rb Users:
Received a call today from a client who just purchased a new XP computer,
with a HP 5500 color printer. They are running RB DOS. When they print
from Word or Excel, the printer prints fine. But, when they print from
RB DOS 4.5++, the program displays the internal program message 'REPORT
PRINTING - PLEASE WAIT', but system seems like it is 'hung'.
Is this printer (HP5550) one of those ''windoze only' printers ?
I had the operator hook up other printers and they seem to work fine.
Puzzled ?
