[RBASE-L] - Scroll bars

Help anyone? How does one stop the scroll bars from appearing on forms? I have a few forms that they appear for no reason as there is enough screen space available and nothing is displayed beyond the bars. Sometimes it is only one scroll bar. Sometimes both.   Thanks, Robert B.
