I worked on the pixels, all the way to making the screen the full size of the monitor but the  scroll bar persists. The form is really small, and just has four buttons, including a combo button used for selecting a print ouput option and a button for bring up the Wndows print dialog. No other data is entered into fields. I also made sure that there are no characters outside the form as you suggested.   Maybe there is another problem, anyone? I had similar issue when moving my app from a 800x600 PC (no scrol bars) to a 1024x768 one (scrol bar appear from the same form).
