Try the following technique and see if it helps:
01. Using MS Search | File Finder option, search for RBASE.CFG
02. If found, RENAME all files to RBASE.CF_
03. Start R:BASE 6.5++ and let the R:BASE create a fresh
RBASE.CFG file for you04. Exit R:BASE
05. Using step 01, find the new RBASE.CFG and MOVE this file to
your \Windows (if Win 98, Win XP, Win 2003) or \WinNT (if
(Win NT or Windows 2000)06. Using the same technique, search for RBASE.INI file and
move this file to \Windows or \WinNT directory07. Using any text editor, edit the RBASE.INI file and update
the following line as below:CFGFile=C:\WINDOWS\RBASE.CFG or CFGFile=C:\WinNT\RBASE.CFG
08. Start R:BASE 6.5++ and confirm R:BASE preferences:
Main Menu | Utilities | Preferences ...
That's all there is to it!
