Do I remember that nested joins are supported in the later products, such as Rbase 7.1 and Oterro 3.1?  Or is it that Rbase just doesn’t like this syntax?

As in :

SELECT ADDRESSES.s_addr1, ADDRESSES.s_addr2, ADDRESSES.s_city, ADDRESSES.s_statecode, ADDRESSES.s_zipcode, ADDRESSES.s_countrydesc, AddressTypes.s_addrtypedesc, BIOGRAPHICALS.x_salutation2

FROM   (BIOGRAPHICALS BIOGRAPHICALS INNER JOIN ADDRESSES

ADDRESSES ON BIOGRAPHICALS.i_mstptr=ADDRESSES.i_mstptr) INNER JOIN AddressTypes AddressTypes ON ADDRESSES.i_addrtypeid=AddressTypes.i_addrtypeid

Chuck Lockwood
