Thought I'd pass this on, fwiw.
Turns out I had errantly had my 6.1a RunTime icon pointed at code that was
not codelocked in my tests. As soon as I had runtime addressing the
codelocked version I got the same errors as my customer. It fails on the
actual print command:
PRINT duesbillmem WHERE MemberID = .ivprnwho
I get the same results if I call the file this resides in from the main application
apx file even if the file that issues the print command is not codelocked.
The problem goes away if I use RunTime 6.5+
