Karen, - Launch APSC spell checker - At the top of the APSC window there is a bar labeled "Find your Message Box" click on it - move your mouse over the message box you want to check spelling and click on it - The message is copied to the APSC widow - Click on the first box "upper corner "ABC" APSC starts ckecking the spelling - When finished click on the bar on the bottom of the APSC screen "Send Text Back to Message" - The original Text is replaced with the corrected version.
