I hate to ask, but why do you call a change from Novell to Windows
2k3 an upgrade?!
But, to try to help, does it matter if there is only vs multiple
users attached to the database?
Do you have the scratch files going to a local directory?
Do you have files and buffers set to at least 60 each?
If you do find a solution, PLEASE publish it here!
