If I remember correctly it's some sort of software called Help and Manual or something like that.

If you also choose to create a cool .CHM (Compiled HTML Help File),
similar to the help files included with the latest versions of
RBG76/RBG8 and R:BASE vertical market applications, such as R:Archive,
R:Capture, R:TimeTrack, or R:JobTrack (to mention a few), you can
design your own manual. Any help topic can be called by either pushing
a button on a form or using any pre-defined hot key.

The exact same manual then can be printed as a PDF document for those
who love to read at their leisure.

This will also add a professional look/feature to your application.
