Razzak - thanks for your contribution to the solution of my problem.
However, it does not work the way I need. When I go through your
instructions, it works on the print out of the statements, but does not work
when I execute the statements. What am I doing wrong? Paul H.

I have written a command file in 7.0 that crosstabs my

on the data?
Paul,
While looking at your command file in RBEdit:
Main Menu | File | Print
Notice the following options to print the file:
. Header/Page Number
. Line Numbers
. Syntax Print
. Use Color
. Show Print Progress (checked as default)
. Wrap Lines
. Left Margin
Enter the appropriate number for "Left Margin" and you
should achieve the results you want.
Very Best R:egards,
Razzak.
