It is the best method I've found of understanding all the possibilities of the PROPERTY/GETPROPERTY commands and the enhanced syntax of GATEWAY, PRINT, DIALOG, and PAUSE. I highly recommend it to any R:BASE programmers who are not currently using it. The $49 you spend on a subscription could save you hours!
