I'm setting up R:MAIL 3.0 on my server. I now have a C:\RBTI\RMAIL30 directory with a setup exe to configure my host server. If I use this option, it creates a .CFG file in the same directory and I can copy this to the directory where the database resides.
In the server's control panel, I additionally have an icon for RMAIL 3.0 which can also be configured, doesn't reflect the setup above and doesn't create or alter the .CFG above. Which one should be used? I have created a test file from example 4 in the R:MAIL manual and it traces fine (result "message sent") but sends nothing. There is no log file and the process doesn't unfold on screen even though I have specified SHOW PROGRESS. I would appreciate pointers if someone else has gone through this already. TIA, Claudine :)
